Plot Synopsis:

This biopic follows Beatrix Potter's rise to being the most successful children's author of all time. Despite delighting generations of children with her books, she kept her own story locked carefully away. The film reveals how she developed her artistic and story-telling abilities from a young age and rebelled against the conventions of the time by refusing to marry for the sake of it. Her first book, The Tale of Peter Rabbit, was a publishing phenomenon and lead to a captivating romance with her publisher Norman Warne.
